OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Évolring website (evolring.com) and your application for membership. By submitting an application or deposit, you agree to these Terms.
WHAT ÉVOLRING IS
Évolring is a private, application-based dating network currently in development. We are accepting applications and deposits for founding membership ahead of our launch.
APPLICATIONS
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
We are not obligated to provide a reason for rejection.
DEPOSITS (MEN)
The $50 founding member deposit reserves your place on our waitlist.
Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before you activate your membership.
If you are not accepted, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you are accepted and choose to activate your membership, your deposit will be applied to your first month’s membership fee.
To request a refund, email hello@evolring.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
NO GUARANTEE OF LAUNCH
Évolring is currently in development.
We do not guarantee a specific launch date.
In the unlikely event that Évolring does not launch, all deposits will be refunded in full.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees at launch are expected to be $250/month for men and free for women.
Pricing is subject to change. Founding members who join the waitlist may be eligible for promotional pricing.
ACCEPTABLE USE
By applying, you agree that:
All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are at least 18 years old.
You will not use Évolring for any unlawful purpose.
You will not misrepresent your identity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on evolring.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Évolring and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Évolring is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (i.e., your deposit).
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
